Welcome to KB Consulting LLC. By accessing or using website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. KB Consulting LLC is a private, independent consulting agency. KB Consulting LLC is not employed by or affiliated with any manufacturer or contractor. KB Consulting LLC provides specialized consulting services for diverse use medical and dental systems such as mobile dental, medical imaging (CT scanner; MRI, mammography, CBCT to name a few) vans, coaches and trailers. KB Consulting LLC does not supply, manufacture, alter, or customize, any equipment/vans or trailers of any kind.
2. KB Consulting LLC does not guarantee, or warranty any equipment, fixture, device, van, coach, trailer, or other products. All the buyers are entitled to all manufacturer warranties provided with products purchased. All warranty and other claims must be made directly to the supplier or manufacturer who has signed the agreement and the client made a payment to, indicating that you - the buyer has a contract with the manufacturer only.
3. Sales and marketing leads (from the KB Consulting LLC website) and consulting are the only services provided by KB Consulting LLC to buyers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
4. KB Consulting, LLC is a consultant only to a buyer and the manufacturer / supplier.
5. We also assist clients in selling their used mobile vehicles that are equipped with dental or medical equipment. In such cases, KB Consulting LLC acts as a consultant to both the buyer and the seller, facilitating smooth and transparent transactions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KB Consulting, LLC is located.

KB Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
