BODY CONSTRUCTION:

Floor:

A. 4” sq x .125 wall thickness steel box beam perimeter frame primed and painted
B. 3” high strength steel I- Beams welded all around to the 4” sq box beam on 16” centers primed and painted
10” steel Junior I- beam welded to underside of 3” steel I-Beams primed and painted
. Under belly shall be skinned with .032 Galvanized steel sheeting riveted and sealed watertight with 3/16 steel rivets 4” on center with Manus Sealant.
Sub floor shall be continuous 1/2” FRP with sealed edges to prevent moisture intrusion; installed with ¼” plated steel flathead floor screws on 16” centers.

Compartments:

All underbelly storage compartments are 1/8” aluminum.
All compartment doors are 1/8” aluminum with stainless steel continuous hinge using sealed shelter-lite covers over hinges and riveted to compartment. Doors have compression seals on edges for maximum sealing features. Shelter-lite is sealed with black silicone
Southco thumb pull with adjustable twist-lock security key shall be installed on each door. All keys keyed alike.

Skirting:

All skirting is 1/8” aluminum and is riveted in place using 3/16 aluminum rivets

Exterior surface shall be smooth white fiberglass gel-coat .014-.018 thick.
Thermo-vacuum bonded to ¼” (minimum) thickness exterior continuous plywood.

Interior wall surface is.014-.018 gel-coat with 20 oz. Commercial vinyl wall paper The total thickness of wall shall equal 2.65 inches minimum.

Notes:
- Aluminum 6061-T6 2” square tube with 1/8” wall thickness perimeter frame on 26” centers shall be thermo- vacuumed bonded into ceiling, sidewall structures, and door frame openings.
- All corner junctions shall have MCI’s .125 minimum wall thickness custom aluminum extrusions
- R-factor shall equal 14 for ceiling and side walls, R-factor shall equal R-16 for floor
- 3” radius aluminum extruded corner cap riveted and sealed on all 4 corners.
- Wheel Chair lift: Braun Modes UVL# 855SM (Under Vehicle Lift) mounted in step at entry door
- All aluminum mill finish shall be epoxy primed and painted with two coats of urethane commercial paint
