Note: Lessee maintains Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000/claim) and will provide Lessor with certificate of insurance evidencing same upon request. KB Consulting LLC shall give Lessee prompt written notice of the occurrence of any matter hereby indemnified against and agrees that upon such written notice, Lessee shall assume full responsibility for the defense of such matter. This section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
