  The driver in charge will call the project manager for offering his contact information and to confirm the instructions of the delivery, to check the address and the entry point of the area, and their point of contact at their site.

  The representative who is at the expected location should instruct the driver on the orientation and the location of the trailer. The trailer/van is positioned as the representative requested and finally, it is set up and ready for use, involving all anchors and steps according to the needs of the project manager. He/she will find a welcome package inside the trailer. It is full of helpful information addressed to maintenance, and who to ask when a question or some other problem should arise and there would be the end-of-lease responsibilities. The final thing is to sign the document for receiving the mobile dental/medical trailer.

• After the delivery of the mobile trailer
  The selected company should give the project manager an inspection checklist and the staff training so he can confirm that everything is as in the contract and in good working condition. If there are any problems, they would be scheduled for service as soon as possible.
